Khanh Hoa Department of Construction has just reported Ministry of Construction on the real estate market situation in 2024. Accordingly, in the first quarter of 2024, there were about 5.941 transactions with a total transaction value of nearly 7.630.411 million VND. In the first quarter of 2024, there were 2 housing projects eligible to put real estate into business; there were no housing projects or urban areas approved for investment policy.
In the second quarter of 2024, there were about 5.376 transactions with a total transaction value of nearly VND 8.938.351 million. In the second quarter of 2024, there was 1 housing project that was eligible to put real estate into business; there was 1 urban area project that was approved by investors.
In the third quarter of 2024, there were about 8.857 transactions with a total transaction value of VND 15.234.139 million. In the third quarter of 2024, there was 1 housing project eligible to put real estate into business; there were no urban area projects approved by investors.
In the fourth quarter of 2024, there were 7.085 transactions with a total transaction value of VND 14.883.033 million. In the fourth quarter of 2024, there were no housing projects eligible to put real estate into business; there were 5 projects approved for investment policy and no urban area projects approved for investors.
Assessing the real estate market situation in 2024, Khanh Hoa Department of Construction said that the socio-economic development goal of the province is sustainable development on the basis of transforming the economic structure towards modernization (increasing the proportion of service, industrial and construction workers), promoting the effectiveness of 3 dynamic development zones (Cam Ranh Bay area; Van Phong Economic Zone; Nha Trang City).

Goverment; At the same time, the People’s Committee of Khanh Hoa province issued Official Dispatch No. 11393/UBND-XDND dated November 1, 11 on continuing to resolutely implement solutions to remove obstacles and promote the development of the real estate market in the province,” said the Department of Construction of Khanh Hoa province.
According to this agency, from August 1, 8, the Housing Law 2024, Land Law 2023, Real Estate Business Law 2024 and documents guiding the implementation of the Law will take effect, basically removing difficulties for real estate businesses in the province.
In addition, the People’s Committee of Khanh Hoa province has also issued many directives and implemented many solutions to restore the real estate market and promote the safe, healthy and sustainable development of the real estate market in the spirit of Resolution No.
Decision No. 33/NQ-CP dated March 11, 3 of the Government. On December 2023, 18, Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee issued Plan No. 12-KH/TU on the implementation of Directive No. 2024-CT/TW dated May 243, 34 of the Secretariat on social housing development in the new situation.
Besides, Prime minister The Government has approved the Khanh Hoa Provincial Planning for the period 2021 – 2023, with a vision to 2050 in Decision No. 318/QD-TTg dated March 29, 3, approved the general planning of Cam Lam new urban area to 2024 in Decision No. 2045/QD-TTg dated February 205, 28, and approved the Adjustment of the general planning of Nha Trang city to 2 in Decision No. 2024/QD-TTg dated March 2040, 259. At the same time, the zoning plans are being submitted for appraisal and approval by the district People’s Committee.
This is the basis for calling for investment in housing construction projects, urban areas, infrastructure projects and especially investment projects in building housing for low-income people, workers’ housing, trade union institutions… which will create supply for the province’s real estate market in the coming time.
Notably, in 2024, Khanh Hoa province approved the investment policy of the Dien Khanh District Administrative Urban Area Project with an area of over 89 hectares, with a total investment of over VND 2.000 billion. For commercial housing projects, Khanh Hoa province implemented 7 projects, with 4.519 individual houses, 1.435 apartments…
Projects under implementation include My Gia Urban Area (Package 8), Vinh Thai Commune, Nha Trang with 321 townhouses; Phuoc Long Apartment and Service Area, 16 Phuoc Long, Nha Trang with 577 apartments and 41 individual houses; CCU-01 Apartment, Phuoc Long New Urban Area, Nha Trang with 236 apartments; KN Paradise Resort and Entertainment Complex Townhouses (Area 1.4) with 3.762 apartments; Hoang De Apartment, Nha Trang with 460 apartments…
In the whole year of 2024, Khanh Hoa recorded a total real estate transaction of more than 46.685 billion VND, of which the most were land plots with 16.019 lots and individual houses with 10.029 units.
